Of the original Church of Santa Maria, placed outside the walls, there isn’t rests.
Opposite to the square there is the Church of San Giovanni Battista, built in 1678 above an ancient romanic church dated to the period between the XIII and XIV century.
Inside there are three different altars, different from each other, and every single one is dedicated to a different religious person: the mayor altar to San Giovanni Battista, the other two, one is dedicated toMadonna and the other to San Giuseppe.
The patron of the village is Saint Barbara, protector of calamity – like earthquake and lighting.
