Walking on via Roma, towards the center of the village of Avigliano Umbro, surrounded by little houses sometimes interspersed with the green of the arbos, stands the solemn shape of a tower.
Lonely and majestic as if it had been there for millennia, located inside the beautiful Municipal Garden, the Clock Tower, or Embattled Tower of Avigliano Umbro, was built only in 1948 and hides inside a water tank.
Embellished on each side by a clock, it dominates the Public Gardens of Avigliano Umbro and seems to be the master of time of the village that surrounds her.
