Near Palazzo Vici, the Chiesa della Santissima Trinità (Church of the Holy Trinity) with its gorgeous cycle of frescoes is the parish of Avigliano Umbro.
As reported in the inscription on the back wall, it was built in the following years starting from 1595 on a land owned by the Vici family behind the walls of the castle, at the behest of the parish priest Don Ottavio Messi with extensive efforts of the population and with the support of Settimio Vici.
In 1639 the parish priest Don Girolamo Bernardini inaugurated the church.
